Why didn't I receive my email notification?

There are a few reasons why an email notification wasn’t received:

  • Spam Folder: Check your email’s spam or bulk folder. Sometimes Simtik emails can be mistaken for spam by your email service. If you do find Simtik emails in your spam or bulk folder, be sure to mark them as “Not Spam” for future communications.
  • Incorrect Email: Check your account settings. You may have entered the wrong email while creating your account.
  • Incorrect Verification: Check your account settings. You may have mistyped as you were entering your verification while creating your account.
  • False Verfication: If you knowingly entered false verification, or if your verification doesn’t check out, your account will not be activated.
  • If none of these reasons apply to you, report the incident to our Customer Support immediately.
