Is providing information on Simtik secure?

The information you provide Simtik is protected by Simtik’s privacy policy and transmitted using SSL, which is the same secure encryption that websites use to transmit credit card numbers. Any information from government issued ID’s is automatically encryption protected. Unless there’s an issue, you’ll only have to verify your ID once. For countries with knowledge-based authentication, we don’t store the questions or your answers.

Only a small number of Simtik employees are authorized to access your original documentation, for troubleshooting or internal purposes. Our third-party partners store information according to our written instructions and Privacy Policy.
